THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.422 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 12.10.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33041 of 2017.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Sri Dominic Fernandez, learned Standing Counsel for M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited, appearing for respondents, submits that the respondents by order, dated 26.02.2018 disposed of the representation, dated 12.09.2017 stated to have been filed by the petitioner, as such, the Contempt Case may be closed. In view of the aforesaid categorical submission of the learned Standing Counsel, it can be said that there is no contempt on the part of the respondents.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
