THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5728 of 2019 O R D E R:

Petitioner, who claims to be the social worker, filed this writ petition to protect the Nala Land (Government land) in Survey No.126 situated at Upperpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, over which construction is alleged to be made by some miscreants.

When the petitioner does not have any interest over the subject property, assuming that he is espousing the cause of public, the same would qualify to be treated as public interest litigation. Such particulars are lacking in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation if he so desires after obtaining necessary particulars and particularly, complying with the PIL Rules.
