THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25155 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The Writ Petition is filed questioning the circular dated 07.03.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent Board of Intermediate Education unilaterally enhancing the affiliation fee. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Board submits that considering the views put-forth by various colleges, government itself has decided to reduce the affiliation fee to the extent of 50%.

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner colleges does not wish to press the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
