THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI T.R.E.V.C.No. 51 of 2015 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The State of Andhra Pradesh has come up with the present tax revision case, challenging an order passed by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Heard Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned special standing counsel for Commercial Taxes (AP) appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Notice was ordered in the above revision on 15.02.2016. Subsequently, substituted service was ordered and service is deemed complete. There is no representation for the respondent. 4.

The issue raised in this revision, is squarely covered in favour of the State, by an order of a Bench of this Court dated 11.03.2014 in Tax Revision Case No.116 of 2012. Therefore, following the same, this Tax Revision Case is allowed.
