Roddam Uttama Reddy, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 29870 of 2015 ORDER:
Petitioner claims to be one of the applicants for enlistment as Chairman of 3rd respondent Temple. The 3rd respondent Temple seems to be refusing to consider the application of the petitioner for such enlistment on the ground that some criminal cases were pending against him. But, according to the petitioner, no criminal cases are pending against him and the criminal cases earlier instituted against him are all false and a report to that extent is also given by the 4th respondent. The petitioner made a representation to the Hon'ble Minister of Endowments on 02.09.2015 to consider his entitlement.
Having regard to the circumstances stated above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the representation of the petitioner addressed to the Hon'ble Minister of Endowments on 02.09.2015, a copy of which is furnished to the 3rd respondent Temple, shall be considered at the time of consideration of the applicants for enlistment as Chairman of the 3rd respondent Temple. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
