HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15509 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges proceedings No.C/1559/2012 dated 11-10-2012 of the 2nd respondent.

The request of petitioner for renewal of licence under A.P.Contract Labour (R & A) Act, 1970 was rejected. On 4-6-2013, this court has granted interim directions. Mr.Javed Razack representing the petitioner submits that with the passage of time, the period for which the application was made is over and by virtue of interim order granted by this court, the prayer is substantially worked out. Therefore, for the present, the prayer is not pressed. However, the petitioner seeks leave of the court to keep the issues raised in the writ petition alone for adjudication. The statement is placed on record.
