This Tr.CMP. is filed under Section 24 of the CPC seeking transfer of O.P.No.34 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Sircilla to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial. 2.

Sri B.Bhanu Murthy, Counsel for the respondent stated that his client does not wish to oppose the said request. 3.

Accordingly, this Tr.CMP. is allowed and the O.P.NO.34 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Sircilla is transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
