In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioner-accused seeks to quash the order dated 04-03-2013 in Criminal Revision Petition No. 352 of 2012 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below'), whereby the Court below confirmed the order dated 26-09-2012 in Criminal M.P.No. 2217 of 2012 in C.C.No. 29 of 2011 on the file of the Court of XVI Additional Judge - cum - XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the case status information dated 07-07-2018 and submitted that the case was ended in conviction on 30-04-2013 and therefore, the cause with which the present petition is filed has become infructuous and hence, the petition may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
