In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/sole accused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1202 of 2011 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistratecum-Juvenile Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence under Section 307 of IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 17.09.2013 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1202 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
