THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.12738 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "...to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.1 authorities in considering request of petitioner dated 06.04.2016 for extension of parole and refused to receive requisition for extension for further three months as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct 1st respondent to consider request of petitioner and extension of parole for further three months and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." In this case, no interim orders were passed.

Counter affidavit has been filed wherein it is stated that there are no justifiable grounds for extension of parole. Due to lapse of time, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive any further adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
