ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in disposing of the representation, dated 31.12.2011, of respondent No.3 society, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to stop illegal constructions and also to direct respondent No.3 not to regularize such illegal constructions under Building Regularization Scheme (BRS) and Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) in survey Nos.44, 47, 51, 52 and 59 situated at Saidabad, Hyderabad and to grant 300 sq.yds. of land to the petitioner. A perusal of the record shows that Annexure-I is not filed along with the writ petition.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-filing of AnnexureI. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.3435 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
