THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4877 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner challenges a notice, dated 07.02.2018, issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Addatigala, directing her to demolish the unauthorized construction made by her in the land belongs to Gram Panchayat. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned notice has been issued at the instance of the sixth respondent, in view of order, dated 28.01.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3437 of 2015, it is not necessary for this Court to consider various submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In those circumstances, in the interests of justice, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition by permitting the petitioner to submit an explanation to the impugned notice and put forward all her claims including the contentions raised in the present Writ Petition, before the fourth respondent, within a period of two (2) weeks from today, and directing the fourth respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till passing such orders, further proceedings pursuant to the impugned notice are stayed.
