HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECOND APPEAL Nos.324 of 1991 & 660 of 1989 COMMON JUDGMENT:

In both the appeals, steps are not taken in spite of granting reasonable time. On 13.8.2014 this Court has passed a conditional order that if steps are not taken for bringing L.Rs of appellant/deceased, appeal stands dismissed without reference to the Court. In spite of that, no steps are taken.

Therefore, these two Second Appeals are dismissed for non-compliance of conditional order, dated 13.08.2014.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these Appeals shall stand closed.
