Heard Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy for petitioner and Sri Palle Sriharinath for 3rd respondent.

Petitioners complain against inaction in disposing of representation, dated 21-02-2012 by respondents 1 to 3 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The 3rd respondent has filed counter and it is specifically adverted that preliminary enquiry report was submitted on 0406-2012 for appropriate decision of respondents 1 and 2. Having regard to the submission of report on 04-06-2012, it is needless to observe that respondents 1 and 2 will look into the matter and take appropriate action as warranted on the preliminary enquiry report dated 04-06-2012 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as indicated above. No order as to costs.
