THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.385 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.03.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.8601 of 2018.

This Court, in the said order, had directed the respondent to dispose of representations dated 25.10.2017 and 03.02.2018 given by the first petitioner.

Vide memo dated 08.05.2017, the respondent had directed the petitioners to approach the Forest officials for resolution of their land dispute with the said officials and communicated the same to the first petitioner also.

In this view of the matter, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court by the respondent.

The Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
