ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner's request for grant of pattadar passbook was rejected by the Tahsildar, third respondent, under his endorsement dated 31.07.2015. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed on the ground that petitioner was already issued pattadar passbook and the present request is only to issue e-passbook.
3. However, the remedy of the petitioner in view of the rejection of the petitioner's application is only to approach the appellate or revisional authority as the case may be.
With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
