Archakam Bokkasam Maruthi Prasad v. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Rep By Its
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25733 OF 2007 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 29.09.2007, issued by the 1st and 2nd respondents, as illegal and arbitrary and to suspend the same.
Sri Sivaraju Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that when this Court has dismissed WP.MP.No.33523 of 2007, the petitioners preferred Writ Appeal No.615 of 2009. When the said writ appeal has came up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant who is the petitioner herein, reported that the subject matter of the writ appeal has become infructuous and sought liberty to make a representation on the subject matter of the appeal to the concerned authority. Recording the said submission, this Court on 07.09.2009, dismissed the writ appeal granting liberty as prayed for. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
