THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.25619 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the notice dated 15.07.2014 issued by the Indian Bank proposing to put the secured asset to sale on 28.08.2014.

Ms. Anvesha, learned counsel representing Mr. Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the sale proposed under the impugned notice dated 15.07.2014 did not materialize on 28.08.2014.

That being so, challenge to the impugned sale notice dated 15.07.2014 is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

On this short ground, the writ petition is dismissed. All issues are left open and the petitioner is at liberty to invoke appropriate remedies in accordance with law as and when a fresh cause of action arises. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
