This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/complainant seeking to direct I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad to number Criminal Complaint SR No.2484 of 2016 by recording sworn statement for the purpose of issuance of summons as expeditiously as possible.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to number Criminal Complaint SR No.2484 of 2016 by recording sworn statement for the purpose of issuance of summons and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
