THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5631 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue any writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent in not calling the Petitioner for interview for CAS 2013-2014 in pursuance of the circular NO: EII(4)/CAS/2013-14 dated: 30-7-2015 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and violative of Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also GOMS NO: 14 dated: 20-22010 and consequently direct holding of CAS interview to the petitioner and extend the benefits thereof from the date of her eligibility with all consequential and attendant benefits pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Dr.P.B.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri P.Govind Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner herein submitted a detailed representation on 05.02.2015 and the same may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents before conclusion of process of interviews pursuant to the circular No.E.II(4)/CAS/2013-14-15, dated 30.07.2015.
4. Having regard to the nature of controversy and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers the said request as reasonable.
5. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and the
entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the representation dated 05.02.2016, before conclusion of process of interviews, pursuant to the circular No.E.II(4)/CAS/2013-1415, dated 30.07.2015.
