It is stated by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment rendered by this Court in Ananthapur Municipality v. S.Khasim Peeran & others 1 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for petitioners.

Following the aforesaid decision, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the said order. No order as to costs.
