THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7913 of 2017 ORDER:

This Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ Accused No.1, to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.806 of 2010 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, registered for the offences under Sections 420 r/ w 34 IPC. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Criminal Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.8342 of 2011, dt. 17.03.2017.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is also allowed on the same lines to that of Criminal Petition No.8342 of 2011, dt. 17.03.2017. With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.806 of 2010 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, are quashed.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of the Order dt.17.03.2017 in Criminal Petition No.8342 of 2011 to this Order. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
