This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to complete the investigation in F.I.R No.415 of 2015 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, and file charge sheet. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.

In the written submissions made on behalf of the Station House Officer, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, it is evident that the investigation is in progress and most part of it was completed. It is also evident that some material documents were also collected, except the death certificate relating to V.Ramalinga Reddy. It is also further evident from record that the subject crime was registered on a report, dated 17.07.2015.

Under these circumstances, the 5th respondent-Station House Officer, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, is directed to complete the investigation in the subject crime and file final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
