HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43173 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent passed orders dated 28.12.2010 on the Revision filed by the petitioner seeking to suspend the pattadar pass book and title deed issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 in respect of Sy.No.6 to an extent of Ac.1.18 gts of Bandlaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, R.R.District directing the 3rd respondent to write as 'disputed' in the relevant entries in the columns of the revenue records and to keep the pattadar pass book and title deed issued in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 6 in respect of the subject lands in abeyance. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent vide Memo dated 26.11.2011 to implement the above said orders. Since the 4th respondent failed to implement the orders of respondents 2 and 3, petitioner made a representation before the 3rd respondent for implementation of the said orders. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
