Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-disposal of L.T.R.P.No.2 of 2015 filed by the petitioner herein by respondent No.2 herein - The Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Rampachodavaram, East Godavari District. 3.
According to the petitioner, she belongs to Konda Reddy community and she is the owner and possessor of the house site admeasuring Ac.0.08 cents in Sy.No.69 situated in Addateegala Village and Mandal, East Godavari District wherein she constructed a house. Against respondent No.4, who is a non-tribe and alleged to have occupied the said house, the petitioner herein filed a complaint before respondent No.2 and the same was numbered as L.T.R.P. No.2 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.2. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said proceedings are pending before respondent No.2 and no final orders have been passed so far though the proceedings were initiated as long back in the year 2015.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing respondent No.2 herein - The Special
Deputy Collector, Rampachodavaram to pass appropriate orders on L.T.R.P.No.2 of 2015 after giving notice to all the stakeholders within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
