THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12386 of 2015 ORDER:

1. This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A-1 to A-9 in C.C.No.640 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikakulam.

2 . At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge and filing of petition under Rule 37 of the Criminal Rules of Practice. Permission is granted.

3. If the petitioners file a petition under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law.
