THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11910 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for National Highways Authority of India. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.02.2017 to the respondents and that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate action would be taken.
Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on the representation, dated 01.02.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and initiate appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible.
AVSS, J W.P.No.11910 of 2017 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 4th APRIL, 2017.
