Anusha, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that she received instructions from the petitioner to seek permission for withdrawing the Writ Petition and accordingly, seeks permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition as withdrawn, the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, the 2nd respondent, is directed to dispose of the appeal in File No.F1/1792/2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
