THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1759 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.61 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mancherial Town Police Station, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 470 and 471 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the parties are intending to compromise the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
