HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 17914 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Smt. Kongara Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P. Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner shall pay the entire amount as demanded by the respondents towards advertisement tax for the last 31⁄2 years without making any grievance or raising any dispute regarding allotment of poles/boards. In other words, she submits that the petitioner shall withdraw the letter dated 03.06.2015 (P12) addressed to the Additional Commissioner (Advertisement Wing), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, raising such dispute.

Her submissions are recorded and accepted. In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to deposit the entire balance amount within a period of ten days from today. On such deposit being made, we hope and trust that the respondents shall pass appropriate order. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
