HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16634 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 17.8.2002 in terminating the services of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

On 02.09.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.20846 of 2002, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service as Junior Assistant.

In view of the interim order dated 02.09.2002, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.20846 of 2002, no further orders are required to be passed.
