When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when similar issue fell for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.21795 of 2012 and batch, the said batch of cases were dismissed vide order dt.09.11.2018.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the judgment rendered in W.P.No.21795 of 2012 and batch dt.09.11.2018. No order as to costs.
