THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.4893 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner is sought to be dispossessed from land belonging to her at Ursu, Warangal District for the purpose of laying an Outer Ring Road by 4th respondent, and that the respondents should be restrained from depriving petitioner of her land without following due process of law.

2. Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent, states on instructions that 4th respondent will follow the procedure prescribed in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, if they intend to acquire the land of petitioner for the purpose of laying the Outer Ring Road.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to follow the due process of law, i.e., the provisions of the above Act before dispossessing petitioner therefrom for the purpose of laying the Outer Ring Road. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
