Jagadgirigutta) on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan I\4agistrate, Cyberabad, at : Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Ravi Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecuto(TS) on behalf of RespondentState, the Court made the following ORDER :-

SMT JUSTICE T.RA]ANI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1779 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner-accused on bail in crime No. 1110 of 20t7 of Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.).

The case of the prosecution is that the deceased, who is a married woman, came into contact with this petitioner through Facebook and that when the petitioner refused to marry her, the deceased committed suicide. The nature of the allegations does not prima facie create any nexus between the petitioner and the suicide committed by the deceased. Moreover, the petitioner has been in jail since 09-01-2018.

Hence, considering the above, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur. 5.

The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed in consequence. LiDi- CH.
