HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.16400 AND 6360 OF 2020 COMMON ORDER:(ORAL) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Forest submits that during the pendency of the writ petitions the respondents have taken a decision to restart the process of receiving applications for grant of ROFR Pattas as per the provisions of Central Act No.2 of 2007.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Forest Rights committee was constituted and the petitioners are submitting their claims before the said committee and the same are under consideration before the respondent authorities and informed the Court that at present no further orders are required.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned government pleader, no further orders are required to be passed in these writ petitions. In any event, if the respondents rejected the claim of the petitioners for grant of ROFR pattas, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail the

remedies as available under law to question the same in accordance with law.
