The petitioner asserts that respondent No.4 has made construction in violation of the sanctioned plan, particularly, by constructing one floor extra, and also without maintaining set backs. He submits that he made a complaint on 20.02.2019 and no action is taken by the 2nd respondentMunicipality. As the complaint of the petitioner being with respect to the construction being made by the 4th respondent in deviation in sanctioned plan, the 2nd respondent shall take into consideration of the complaint and take necessary action in accordance with law. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
