THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1831 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.p.C.) by the petitioner - sole accused to quash the impugned proceedings against him in C.C.No.46 of 2Ol5 in Crime No.2l4 of 2O14 dated O8.07.2014 on the hle of the learned XIII Additiona_l Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The \ { \ \ offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 498-A, 406 of Indian Penal Code (for shot ..IpC,,) and Sections 4 and 6 of Dorvry prohibition Act (for shot "D.P.Act").

None appears for the petitioner. perused the record. 3.
The crime is of the year 2014. The charge sheet was also filed in the year 2015. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2019. The stage in the trial Court is not known.
I do not find any reason to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court' in case any cause suruves.
