HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4925 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of respondents in disposing of the application dated 05-12-2011 filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit application by making good the deficiencies pointed out by respondents on 29.01.2018, by registered post with acknowledgment due within six (06) weeks from today.

(b) On such re-submission, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the application of petitioner for regularization within twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
