ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue any appropriate Writ, Order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in treating the open land of 4048 Sq.yards in Sy.Nos.653 and 654 of Urus-Revenue Village, Warangal City as Full Tank Level (FTL) of Bhadrakali Tank, Urus Village, Warangal City, Warangal District and in issuing the notice file Roc.No.G1/38228/2015 dated 28.11.2015 by the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction, even after formation of the Foreshore Bund to Bhadrakali Tank by re-fixing the FTL Limits and consequently declare that the land admeasuring 4048 Sq.yards in Sy.Nos.653 and 654 of Urus Revenue Village, Warangal City, is not falling in FTL of Bhadrakali Tank by setting aside the notice dated 28.11.2015 of the 6th respondent."
At the hearing, Sri Polisetty Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.85 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
