THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.32713 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.08.2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though a complaint is lodged with the 3rd respondent on 30.08.2016, so far, no case is registered.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that on perusal of the complaint of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent came to the conclusion that the matter is of civil nature and that the same is communicated to the petitioner. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed as no orders are necessary. No costs.
