This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive and process application for building permission to an extent of 208 square yards in premises No.1-7-496, Zamistanpur, Hyderabad as it is not accompanied with Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive and process the application for building permission without insisting for Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate.

Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Radha Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2. At the time of hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.6878 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by learned standing counsel. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 18.03.2015 in W.P.No.6878 of 2015 directing the respondents to receive and process application for building permission to an extent of 208 square yards in premises No.1-7-496, Zamistanpur, Hyderabad, without insisting for Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate from the Revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
