Sri Santhosh, learned counsel representing Sri T.G.Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners stated that the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive and the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

2) Recording the submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
