HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2335 of 2015 ORDER:

Alleging that the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21567 of 2015 is not complied, this contempt case is filed.

2. This Court directed consideration of representations submitted by the petitioner on 20.06.2013, 26.08.2014 and 23.03.2015.

3. Learned standing counsel produced proceedings of the Secretary, Gram Panchayat, whereunder the representations of the petitioner was considered and orders were passed. He also brought to the notice of this Court that the said orders were communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner acknowledged the postal cover through which the proceedings were communicated on 11.09.2015 i.e., much before filing of the contempt case.

4. A careful reading of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case do not disclose passing of such orders and receipt thereof.

5. Since the direction of this Court was to dispose of the representations and as the representations were disposed of, there is no cause to keep the contempt case pending.

6. Hence, contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if advised, against the orders passed by the Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Kamavarapukota. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
