This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.591 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to the Family Court, at Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
