This appeal is filed by the insurance company under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the award and decree dated 12.9.2011 passed in MVOP No.513 of 2008 on the file of the MACT-cum-I Additional District Judge, Anantapur.

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 28.6.2018 to that effect was also addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the Registry. 3.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
