This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.678/ 2017 dated 22.11.2017 registered by respondent No.4 against the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) and perused the record. 3 .

During the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the charge sheet is filed and the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet filed against him. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
