THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 421 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 12.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37482 of 2018.

Respondent No.1 filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the then Commissioner issued proceedings, dated 17.12.2018, rejecting the application of the petitioner for building permission for the reasons stated therein. As the order passed by this Court has since been complied with, the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 17.12.2018, in accordance with law.
