THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1014 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendant No.5, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.612 of 2016 in O.S.No.545 of 2003 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Guntur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
