HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.461 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that he purchased the vehicle (Tipper bearing No.RJ-27-GA-1874) under agreement of sale dated: 20.09.2017 and the said vehicle could not be transferred / registered in the name of petitioner as on today, the vehicle is not placed before the Regional Transport Authority for transferring the vehicle. Therefore, the petitioner wants to establish right and title over the vehicle.

2. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Trial Court to establish right and title over the vehicle (Tipper bearing No.RJ-27-GA1874) and seek appropriate release before it. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the said observation.
