This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in an unregistered Crime of Women Police Station, Saroornagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

As per the submissions made on behalf of both sides, no crime is registered yet against the petitioner. 4 .

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Saroornagar, shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner, without there being any crime registered against him.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
